PUSSY GENERATION

SF Chron's Theater Pick of the Week!

Aug 10-12, One Weekend Only!

SF Chronicle theater critic, Lily Janiak, has chosen "Pussy Generation" as her pick of the week! "With their 'Pussy Generation,' the all-female and all-Asian sketch comedy troupe the Granny Cart Gangstas, in residence at Bindlestiff Studio, delves into taboo subjects with refreshing candor."

PUSSY GENERATION features all-original sketches by the Granny Cart Gangstas, all delivered in GCG's bawdy, outrageous, no-fucks-given, pussy-friendly, and sometimes macabre brand of humor. It's like watching SNL on PMS at your Trump-loving lola's house. This show is definitely not for the prude, proper and uptight.

Returning from their sold-out appearance at the 2017 SF Sketchfest, the GRANNY CART GANGSTAS is an all-women, all-Asian-American sketch comedy troupe out of Bindlestiff Studio, the only Filipino-American theater space in the United States.

Featuring: Alexis Dayers, Andrea Almario, Aura Sa Miguel, Aureen Almario, Ava Tong, Lauren Garcia, Lynie Abadilla, Paula Sison, Richgail Enriquez, Sunshine Roque, Thuy Tran, TJ Basa.
