reconcile her dreams
with reality, and her
attempts to build a
better life for herself
and her family are met
with oppression, threats

Slots
are still available for
the final DALUYAN*
workshop, December 2nd.
Daluyan is an interactive
workshop, facilitated by
Sammay Dizon, rooted in
storytelling through
movement, writing, and
performance. Through
activating our bodies as
receivers of ancestral
memory, how can we serve
our own healing journeys
for transformation of
self, lineage, and
community? Together, we
will instigate the smells,
sights, sounds, and
somatic sensations
residing in our respective
vessels and re-discover
how our DNA and lived
experiences assist us in
remembering and
recognizing our
intergenerational truths -
which further our
envisioning for the world
we dream for the future
generations.
*This
workshop is for womxn of
color and
two-spirit/non-binary
community members; folks
of Pilipinx descent are
especially encouraged to
attend.
