Learn the improvisation techniques as seen on shows like "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" and "Saturday Night Live" to make you more effective at what you do. Adaptive thinking, creativity and flexibility are keys for effective professional performance and building leadership agility.
This workshop focuses on enhancing each participant's skills through:
- How to use the phrase "Yes, and..." to work through challenges
- Exploring outside your comfort zone
- Fine tuned listening by utilizing and reading non-verbal communication
- Embracing spontaneity to your advantage
- Developing and flexing collaboration "muscles"
- Learning principles of building trust
- Remembering to "have fun"
The "YES...AND" workshop is an introduction to the basic "rules" of improvisation and how they can be applied effectively in leadership and communications.
